About Us
Our Mission
The mission of the WCFL is to promote the enjoyment and involvement of
football. The WCFL wishes to contribute to its growth by providing
youth recreational services to the western communities of Palm Beach
County. The WCFL will accomplish this mission by elevating the skills of
its coaches and providing equal opportunities to its participants
through a comprehensive program. The WCFL will provide a forum for the
recreational needs of youth ages 6 - 14. The WCFL will strive to
encourage teamwork, good sportsmanship, self esteem, trust and care for
others, promote healthy minds and healthy bodies, make friends,
demonstrate self control, and learn to follow directions while having
fun.

| Field Manager | Level of Effort 5/10 | Manage set up and breakdown before and after games with help from entire board and league. |
| Press Box Manager | Level of Effort 5/10 | Make sure all audio equipment is working in press box, make sure there are announcers for each game. |
| Promotions Manager | Level of Effort 5/10 | Each season create a league wide fund raiser and make sure each coach is meeting sponsorship obligations. |
| Concessions Manager | Level of Effort 5/10 | Manage all concessions at the park. |
| Commissioners | Level of Effort 4/10 | Each division has a commissioner to facilitate communication between coaches and the B.O.D. and head disciplinary committees. |
